Sprinter offers oral and telephone translation for people with migration backgrounds at the Job Center, immigration authorities, doctors, schools, kindergartens, banks, and advisory centers. The service includes completing and explaining forms and applications, integration support that helps people to help themselves, e.g., support when moving house, help in processing mail, neighborhood tours, practical household tips, information on German language courses, and education opportunities Sprinter Bremen
The pilot project Sprachmittlungspool von Refugio e.V can help find and fund qualified linguistic mediators for the outpatient psychotherapeutic and psychiatric care for refugees in Bremen and Bremerhaven Sprachmittlungspool von Refugio e.V.

The language and culture experts at HiNet e.V offer citizens advice at a free initial consultation and guidance session at Kattenturm. During the first consultation, the experts give valuable tips for school, raising children, the labor market, the healthcare and social welfare system, and assistance with bureaucratic challenges. As part of the pilot project “Triaphon in Pediatric Practices (TriaKi),” Triaphon implements and evaluates linguistic mediation via telephone. Pediatric practices in Berlin, Bremen, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, and North Rhein-Westphalia can participate and have free access to the Triaphon service for the duration of the project.
